how do i get started?
These items are not included in our standard branding package but can be added on as either hourly design projects or as a Brand Implementation session.
Will you design business cards, email signatures or social media graphics too?
Yes! However, our Website in a Day package does include branding. That means, if you book a Branding Session only and decide you want to do a site with us down the road, you can apply the investment of that package towards a website package within 1 year.
Can i book branding without a website?
We ask for at least one week from booking to prep for branding sessions (both on our end and yours) and then timing just depends on our team's availability.
how quickly can i get on the calendar for a branding session?
Our branding packages typically include a primary logo, secondary logo, submark, brand color palette, font system, and visual moodboard.
What’s included in a brand identity package?
Yes! After our Branding Session, all logos will be exported in SVG, JPG, PNG and EPS format and added to your client folder. You will also get a brand board with your color palette hex codes and font names.
will i receive all my branding files to use as i wish?
Yes! Showit is super user-friendly, and you’ll get a training video after launch as well as a one on one session so you feel confident making updates. If you ever need support, I’m here!
Will I be able to edit my site later?
You’ll need your branding files, our website copy questionnaire completed, login info, and any imagery you want to include. Don’t worry—I'll guide you through exactly what to prepare!
What do I need to have ready beforehand?
You’ll get fresh branding and a fully customized Showit website using one of my strategic base templates (or bring your own). We’ll include up to 6 main pages (like Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Blog and Contact), mobile optimization, basic SEO setup, and a final walkthrough and tutorial.
What’s included in the Website in a Day service?
Yes! Your site is designed, customized, and launched all in one day. To make that possible, there’s a bit of prep work beforehand (like copy and brand assets), but once we hit go, your site is built fast and beautifully.
Is it really done in one day?
No problem! You can add additional pages for an extra fee or book follow-up design hours. I’ll help you decide what fits best based on your goals and content.
what if i need more than 6 pages?
Yes please! We don't need you on a video call all day or anything like that. However, we do ask that you are available via text or email for quick questions and have access to both a desktop computer and mobile device to check preview links in a timely manner. Being available helps this process run smoothly and efficiently and prevents any delays to your site launching.
do i need to be available all day?
Yes, Showit is our platform of choice for many reasons (which we're happy to go over further). You would need to switch from Squarespace, Wix, Wordpress, etc if you'd like to work with us. We can help with all the technical side of this!
Do i have to use showit?
Yes! Basic SEO is covered in this package. We do also offer an SEO Starter Package add-on which includes keyword and competitor research and is a step up. This can be done at the time of the site or after.
is seo included?
Yes! However, this would be done via a Shopify integration (which we also offer!) as Showit does not offer a native e-commerce option. This cannot be done in the one day format but is available as an add-on service. Inquire for pricing and more details on this service.
can i have an e-commerce shop on my site?
Generally we see the process of prep and branding take about a month so 4-6 weeks out from your goal launch date is ideal. Some seasons are busier than others for us so it's best to reach out early if possible!
how far in advance should i book?
I offer hourly design support and monthly maintenance retainer options for past clients who need ongoing help. You can always reach out to book additional time or request updates as your business grows.
What if I need help after our project is finished?
Not typically—my pricing reflects the time, strategy, and design expertise poured into each project. I do not typically run sales on my services either so don't be afraid of missing out!
Do you ever offer discounts?
Absolutely. Many clients start with branding or Website in a Day, then come back for add-ons like SEO, design hours, or even a Shopify build. I’ll make sure your brand and site are set up to grow with you.
Can I just book one service now and add more later?
Splitting payments is an option, it just comes with a small 5% fee to cover the additional processing fees. If you split, 50% would be required as a deposit and the remaining 50% would be automatically charged 3 days prior to your design day.
Do you offer payment plans?
Currently for 2026, Branding Sessions start at $750 and Website in a Day (including branding) start at $2,750. Add-ons are available for things like blogs, extra pages, SEO upgrades, etc. Please inquire for current pricing.
